Our Drivers
White Pearl Transport's drivers are committed to safety, reliability, and integrity. Their foremost objective is to ensure that all passengers reach their destinations safely and punctually, adhering to traffic laws and adapting to changing road conditions.
Drivers Qualifications:
- Drivers of White Pearl fleet are equipped with Type 1 or Type 2 driving license as per Ministry of Transport and expiry date not less than 6 months and passed the background check from Royal Thai Police.
- Minimum 5 years of service
- Aged between 25 to 55 years old
- Completed annual health examination.
- Completed semi-annual transportation rules and regulation training program. Driver training program conducted by officers from Ministry of Land Transport, Royal Thai Police or other related authority.
Our Supervisors
The onboard supervisors at White Pearl Transport are proactive, responsible, and dependable. Their primary goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers from pickup to drop-off, taking care of every aspect of the journey.
Supervisors Qualifications:
- Onboard supervisors are equipped with a minimum vocational certificate in service-related fields and passed background checks from the Royal Thai Police.
- Minimum 3 years of service
- Aged between 21 to 55 years old
- Completed annual health examination.
- Completed a training program regarding communication and behavioral management with children conducted by a representative from the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security.
